The results of the 2016 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey are in. We are thrilled that our members gave us an 85% satisfaction rating! Here’s what our members said:
We connect them to the care they need
94% say we make it easy to connect them to the care they need, where they need it. Angela Flowers, one of our members, says, “I can stay in my area. I don’t have to go a long way to see my specialist.”
It’s easy to get fast appointments
94% say they can get appointments with their doctors as soon as they need it. Many of our doctors even offer after-hours and weekend appointments!
Our members have access to specialists
90% say they’re able to get an appointment with the specialist they need. That’s because we have over 15,000 doctors and specialists in our network across the state.
We are member-friendly
Our members gave us an 89.6% approval rating for great customer service. We are committed to making sure our members get the care they need!
