Benefits of Being a Louisiana Healthcare Connections Member
As a Louisiana Healthcare Connections member, you have access to many services and benefits, including unlimited visits to your doctor and free dental care like cleanings. But there’s a lot more to health care than just that. Did you know your benefits also include:
Hearing Care
Our members are covered for hearing exams, treatment and hearing aids. This includes related supplies like earpieces and batteries.
Pregnancy Care
Our members are covered for pregnancy-related services from the moment the pregnancy begins through the postpartum visit.
Vision Care
Our members receive a free eye exam and vision test every year. Members over the age of 21 are covered for one pair of glasses every year; members under the age of 21 are covered for up to three pairs.
Dental Care
Our adult members get up to $500 in dental benefits per year. Covered services include exams and cleanings, X-rays, simple tooth extractions and fillings.
Home Health Care
Our members are covered for home health services like physical, occupational or speech therapy and skilled nursing services. This means you can get out of the hospital sooner and recover at home.
