Visit a Medicaid regional office or application center near you. People there will guide you through the process.

- Enter your city or zip code. Or choose your parish or region. Then, click Next.
- Under services, choose Medicaid Application Assistance – By Appointment/Walk In. Then, click Submit.

Once you choose an application center, give them a call. Tell them you want help applying for Medicaid. Ask if you need to make an appointment. If they take walk-ins, ask what days and hours they are available to help.
