We reward our members for getting healthy.

Our members earn rewards on a My Health Pays rewards card. It works just like a debit card so it can be used like cash. Every time a member completes a specific checkup, screening or wellness visit, they get a reward on their card. Even children can earn rewards!

We’re more than just quality health insurance.

Building a healthy life takes more than just quality insurance. That’s why we connect our members to the resources they need – right in the communities where they live. From utility assistance and housing support to help with childcare and food, we’re helping our members get the tools they need to be healthy.

Our members don’t have to wait until they’re sick to see their doctor.

Getting regular care from your doctor keeps you healthy. Louisiana Healthcare Connections members can see their doctors as often as they need to for preventive care services, like flu shots, health screenings and immunizations, to make sure they stay healthy. Our members also receive unlimited, free Urgent Care visits for those times when their doctor’s office is closed.

We’re helping our members communicate with their doctors.

Our members have 24/7 access to free translation and interpretation services – including sign language. We’re helping them talk to their doctors and other health care providers. We even translate any of our member materials into their preferred languages when they request it.
