HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our members receive cash rewards on a My Health Pays card. It works like a debit card so it can be used like cash. Every time you complete a specific checkup, screening or healthy activity, you receive a reward on your card. Learn more about earning and spending rewards.

WHERE CAN THE CARD BE USED?

Use Your My Health Pays rewards to help pay for:

• Utilities
• Transportation
• Telecommunications
• Childcare services
• Education
• Rent

Or, you can use them to:

WHO CAN GET THE MY HEALTH PAYS CARD?

My Health Pays cards are given to all Louisiana Healthcare Connections members. The first time a member completes a healthy behavior and earns a reward, the card is mailed to their home with the reward already loaded on it. Each time a new healthy behavior is completed, another reward is added to it.
